The Purpose Brief is a regular pep talk to anyone who is committed to making the world a better place in their life or career.
It will help you to think about your purpose in the increasingly disrupted world of work and the complex challenges which we all face and witness through our socials everyday.
In the era of AI driven change, our work and life will radically transform so we need to be ready. There's a lot of things which will fall away but human agency will become a powerful component in how we transform the work of purpose driven jobs and collaboration. Why do humans wish to do good? We predict that human connection will be critical to success and failure and navigating disruption, misinformation and injustice.
Across sectors, there are shared problems as well as routes to the correct solutions but still too many organisational silos exist, different professional tribes and hierarchies and there is no shared language for purpose driven work.
We refer to having an impact as creating social good or social impact but it also includes themes such as social mobility, growth and prosperity, impact economy, etc.
